The City of Chokio has 4 new lots for sale!

The price per lot is $16,500.

There are two North Lots: Block 1, Lot 1, 175'x155' and Block 1, Lot 2, 175'x155', and two South Lots: block 2, Lot 1, 150'x132' and Block 3, Lot 1, 150'x132'.

(There are no current assessments on these lots. Future assessments will include curb, gutter, and asphalt road.)
